You Send the Plans
Send the drawings through this page, by link or by email, and tell us what is included and the tender due date. If anything is missing, we ask you instead of assuming.

Fixed Quote & Date
An estimator checks your set and replies, usually within hours, with a set fee, a delivery date and any questions on scope. We begin after you approve in writing.

Takeoff, Pricing, Review
We measure the quantities on screen, price them for your project postcode and group them by ASMM / ANZSMM trade section. Another estimator then audits the quantities, formulas and totals.

Delivery & Updates
You receive the estimate as Excel and PDF files, or in your own template, together with marked-up drawings and a page of our assumptions. Later addenda are added to the same file.
Things to Know Before Sending Your Plans
Is the quote really free?
Yes. We look at your drawings and quote a set fee for free, and you can walk away afterwards. You only pay for estimates you have approved.
How soon will you reply?
Usually in a few hours, and nearly always the same working day. If your tender closes sooner than our normal one to two days, put the closing date in the form and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
What if my plans are too large to upload?
Add a link in the form instead. Links from Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Procore or a plan room invitation all work. The upload box holds 20 MB in all, which suits one trade or a small set.
Can you price from concept or unfinished drawings?
Yes. We state the estimate stage your drawings allow and how accurate it is, so you know what your budget is based on. We also list what further information would narrow the range.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Tick the NDA box in the form and begin by sending only a cover sheet or a brief scope description. We sign the NDA, and then you share the whole set. Whatever you send stays private regardless.
Can you use our own tender template?
Yes. Attach your template with the plans and we fill it in. If you do not, we supply our standard Excel workbook and a PDF summary.
