How Location Affects an Estimate
Measuring does not change from place to place. We adjust the price of each line to suit the location.
Labour rates
Enterprise agreements, award rates and productivity differ between regions and sectors.
Codes and climate
Bushfire (AS 3959), cyclone wind regions, flood, termites and energy rules all add to the work.
Levies and licensing
Long service leave levies, home warranty insurance and state licensing change the cost build-up.
Remote logistics
Freight, accommodation, flights and extended mobilisation are separate lines.
GST
GST applies at 10% and is shown separately on every estimate.
